Shipping Time
Once shipped, delivery time depends on the carrier (USPS Priority Mail, etc.).
Estimated delivery times are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.
IndyDollz is not responsible for:

Incorrect addresses entered by the customer
Order Changes & Cancellations
Orders cannot be canceled or modified once they have been fulfilled or shipped.
If you need to request a cancellation, you must contact us before your order ships.
Once tracking has been generated, the order is considered fulfilled.
Tracking
All customers receive a tracking number once their order ships.
It is the customer’s responsibility to monitor tracking updates.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If a package is delayed, customers must wait until the carrier confirms the package is lost before a claim can be filed.
If a package shows “Delivered,” IndyDollz is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
Customers must contact USPS directly for delivery disputes.
Returns
We accept returns within _1__ day of delivery.
Items must be:

In original packaging

In resale condition
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
Customers must contact IndyDollz directly before filing a chargeback.
Filing a chargeback without contacting us may result in refusal of future service.
Fraudulent disputes will be contested with proof of shipment and delivery confirmation.
