SHIPPING, RETURNS & ORDER POLICY

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Due to the intimate and hygienic nature of our shapewear and compression garments, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
We do not accept returns or exchanges under any circumstances unless an item is received damaged or incorrect.
Please ensure that your:
• Shipping address
• Size selection
• Item selection
• Contact information
are correct before completing checkout.
Orders cannot be modified, canceled, or refunded once they have been processed for shipping.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us at admin@indydollz.net within 48 hours of delivery with photo proof.

PROCESSING & SHIPPING TIMES
Processing time: 3–5 business days (excluding holidays).
Shipping time: 3–5 business days via USPS (excluding holidays).
During sales and promotions, please allow 10–14 business days for processing due to high order volume.
Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Indy Dollz is not responsible for carrier delays, weather delays, or postal service disruptions.

TRACKING INFORMATION
Tracking information is emailed to the exact email address entered at checkout on the day your order ships.
You will not receive tracking immediately after placing your order.
It is the customer’s responsibility to monitor tracking updates once provided.

ORDER CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS
Orders may only be canceled if requested before fulfillment.
Once a tracking number has been generated, the order is considered fulfilled and cannot be canceled or modified.

DELIVERED, LOST, OR STOLEN PACKAGES
If tracking shows “Delivered,” Indy Dollz is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
All packages are shipped via USPS with tracking and insurance.
Customers must contact USPS directly to file a claim if necessary.

INCORRECT ADDRESS
If a customer enters an incorrect shipping address at checkout, a refund will not be granted.
If the package is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for a reshipping fee.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
International shipping may take 7–21 business days.
Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees.
Indy Dollz is not responsible for customs delays or fees once the package leaves the United States.

PAYMENT DISPUTES / CHARGEBACKS
Customers must contact Indy Dollz directly before initiating a payment dispute.
Filing a chargeback without contacting us regarding a shipping delay or delivery concern will result in dispute submission with proof of fulfillment and tracking confirmation.
Fraudulent disputes will be contested.

Q. How and when will I receive my tracking number?
A. Tracking information is emailed to the exact email address entered on the order form on the day of shipment. You will not receive a tracking number as soon as your order is placed.
 

Q. How long does shipping take?
A. Processing takes 3-5 business days not including holidays. Shipping takes 3-5 business days not including holidays. *During sales and promotions, please allow up to 10-14 business days due to the high volume of orders.

 Q. How do I change or cancel my order?
A. All sales are final unless your product was received damaged. If you have received a damage or incorrect item, please email us at admin@indydollz.net
 
 Q. My package shows delivered, but I did not receive my package. Can I have a refund?
A. Unfortunately, we are not responsible for lost or stolen items. Please contact USPS to inquire about your package. If necessary, you may file a claim with them as all packages are insured. Please track movement of package with provided shipping information. 
 

Q. I entered my address incorrectly, may I receive a refund?
A. Unfortunately, if you provided an incorrect address at checkout, a refund will not be granted. When placing an order, please ensure that your address is correct. This includes your name, street name, apartment number, or suite number. *If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you will have to pay a reshipping fee.
 

Q. What method is used for shipping?
A. All orders are shipped via USPS.

Q. I made a purchase and forgot to insert my coupon/discount code, can it be applied now?
 A. We apologize for the inconvenience. Unfortunately, we cannot alter an order once it has been submitted due to all sales being final. Please ensure that you double check that your order is correct before completing the checkout process. 

 Q. I made a purchase before the sale, can the sale's price be applied to my order?
 A. Unfortunately, purchases made prior to any sale will not be adjusted for the sale's price.
 

Q. Do you ship internationally?
A. Yes, international shipping can take between 7-21 business days. Also, please see below.
 

Q. As an international customer, do I have to pay custom fees and/or taxes?
A. Items shipped outside of the United States may be subject to import duties, taxes and/or charges which are not included in the total cost of your order, nor will they be covered or reimbursed by Indy Dollz. In addition, once the package has exited the United States, we are not responsible for any conflicts such as: customs fees, natural occurrences, or transfers from USPS to the local carrier in your country. *Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to placing your order.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Please ensure that your shipping address, size/item purchased, & contact information is correct before checking out. We cannot make any changes to your order once it has been processed for shipping.
